		<description>Also, of note is that the farmers markets (at least here in CA) have the most amazing flowers and herbs you’ve ever seen. It is well worth waiting for the weekend to stock up and fill your home with fresh, cool looking flowers and your fridge with green herbs that you would pay three times as much for elsewhere. Also, they last a lot longer, as they are more than likely picked fresh that morning!</description>
