		<description>It&#039;s hard not to be cynical when you hear stories like this.  You are right though, although these are small changes, they are significant nonetheless.  Five years ago only the &quot;Animal rights nuts&quot; at PETA were calling attention to the problem.  Now that people are waking up to what we are/have been eating, the mainstream population is calling attention to it.  That can&#039;t be a bad thing.</description>
