		<description>You make a great point about the heavily processed foods...it&#039;s far better to make food at home rather that buy that stuff in the freezer section of the grocery store.  It&#039;s good to hear that you are taking it seriously.  Keep up the good work!</description>

		<description>I agree, the one thing I have learned from being sick and not having an appetite is that diet can control diabetes. It&#039;s not just a vegan diet though. I am eating smaller portions, cut way down on soda, and have had almost no processed foods. The processed foods are huge. Mom and I were in Sams club yesterday and you should see the freezers that have nothing but microwave food, it&#039;s incredible how much of that people eat on a daily basis. It&#039;s much easier to get the kids a microwave meal than come home from work and have to prepare something. This food is full of stuff that your body can cope with, I&#039;m sure, but not every meal, every day. I was going to get some fried rice and Mom said she would make some, it was much better and had no added ingredients! See that is what you are missing. As a vegetarian, you make most of your meals, think about it.</description>
