Going into it we had a goal of raising $1,000 but because of the amazing folks dedicated to reducing farm animal suffering, we were able to raise almost double that. Hosting an event like this is a great way to raise money and have a good time in the process. It also provides a way for people that believe in and support a cause to meet and get to know each other. So many positive things! Yeah, it really was pretty awesome!
